The rare bud remained stubbornly closed, refusing to yield to the day's gentle beckoning. Not in the soft light of morning, nor under the bright gaze of noon, and certainly not as the golden hues of evening cascaded softly over the garden, transforming every petal into a shimmering orb of warmth. Yet, Jungkook lingered, a quiet figure amidst the verdant sanctuary.

He had never felt an inkling of impatience toward flowers; they were melodious beings with their own unique language and rhythms, each petal echoing the unhurried passage of time. He understood, perhaps better than most, that to demand from them what they were not yet prepared to offer was a folly; years of communion with nature had taught him the virtues of patience from the lingering roots, the art of restraint from the elegantly arching stems, and the profound silence embodied by the unopened buds.
